For custom print requests submitted using customer-provided STL files or designs:

• We reserve the right to refuse any print request that violates copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.

Pricing & Availability

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify specifications at any time.

Payment Terms

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed. For manual payment methods, customers are responsible for sending proof of payment where required.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on print queue volumes, courier delays, or supplier availability. Koda Print Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order 3D printed products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Privacy

Customer information submitted through this website will only be used for order processing, communication, and customer support purposes. We do not sell or distribute customer information to third parties.
