Return and Refund Policy
At Koda Print Studio, we specialize in custom-manufactured products and precision 3D printing. Because our items are created to your specific requirements, our policy is designed to reflect the unique nature of our work.
1. Custom 3D Printed Items

No Refunds or Returns: All custom-made items are non-refundable. This includes products printed from files you provide and items customized specifically for you.

Final Acceptance: We provide progress images or final product photos before shipment. Once you have accepted these images via digital communication, the order is considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Design Liability: We manufacture parts precisely from the design files (e.g., STL, OBJ) you provide. We are not responsible for functional failures or defects caused by errors in the original digital file.
2. Standard Retail Products

Damaged Goods: For standard, non-customized retail items (such as stock controller stands), returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.

Notification Window: You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
3. Manufacturing Variations

Additive Nature: 3D printing is an additive process. Slight aesthetic variations, such as layer lines or minor surface textures, are a normal part of the process and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Courier Responsibility: Koda Print Studio is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party courier services once the item has left our studio in Randburg.

Incorrect Address: We cannot offer refunds for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
