At Koda Print Studio, we take pride in the precision of our work. Because each item is either a custom order or part of a small-batch boutique run, our shipping process includes dedicated time for printing, post-processing, and quality inspection.


1. Processing and Lead Times

  • Standard Items: Orders for in-stock retail items are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom 3D Prints: Lead times for custom orders depend on the complexity and print duration of the file. You will receive an estimated production timeline upon the acceptance of your quote.

  • Printing Queue: Orders are processed in the order they are received. While we operate a fleet of printers to ensure speed, high-volume periods may slightly extend lead times.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Partners

We utilize reliable third-party courier services to ensure your gear arrives safely across South Africa. We primarily fulfill orders using:

  • The Courier Guy: For door-to-door delivery.

  • Pudo: For convenient locker-to-locker or locker-to-door shipping.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • National Shipping: We ship nationwide across South Africa.

  • Local Pickup: Local pickup may be arranged for customers in the Randburg/Gauteng area by prior appointment only.

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or included in your custom invoice.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been printed, inspected, and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing your tracking number.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of the shipment being logged.

5. Damaged and Lost Parcels

  • Studio Responsibility: Koda Print Studio is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Claims: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Reporting: As per our Refund Policy, any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for our internal records.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily focus on domestic shipping within South Africa
